We have in stock or on order over 7000 models that we can ship everywhere in the World with our delivery partners like Poste Canada, Fedex, USPS and Chronopost International. Our mascots are delivered mainly in North America but we can guarantee delivery in the world by international couriers at lower costs. The tracking numbers will be photos of mascots in action and rest are taken directly from the manufacturing premises of our costumes. All our costumes meet the standards. Mascots are made in 4 parts (can be change with customization or accessories) but generally in 4 parts: Head, set of clothes, gloves and shoes.

1. Head material: The head material is POLYFOAM, so it make the head lighter than paperboard material, and the user can wear it for a long time, and not feel very tired ,and not add the shoulder pressure. You can clean easily the head with water and spong for example.
2. Breather and vision : User can breath very well when he wears it, there are the hole of eyes and mouth and the neck area. User have a good vision from the head eyes or mouth.
3. Eye net: There are plastic net on the costume eye, They can prevent the dust or the others into the user eyes.
4. Set of clothes: The material is depending of the model, we can fabric them with synthetic materiel. In fact, it is in nylon and synthetic cotton. Please ask us before if you need an information complement.
5. Shoes: Same as previous. You can choose the size and color for your mascot shoes (see Accessories category).

Accessories and mascot costumes are machine washable in warm water about as cold and ironed. We can customize any mascot according to your request: addition of logo, change color, height adjustment or special requests.

S (160-170 CM) - (5'3" to 5'7") 

M (170-175 CM) - (5'6" - 5'7")

L (175-180 CM) - (5'7" - 5'9")

XL (180-185 CM) - (5'9" - 6'1") 

XXL (185-190 CM) - (6'1" - 6'2")

XXXL (190-195 CM) - (6'2" - 6'4") 

XXXXL (195 - 225 CM) - (6'4" - 7'4")

Children Size (please tell us the dimension you want). Mascot costumes pictures in our store are available for children size.

1. Weight for one mascot costume is around 6-8 kilograms. We offer free shipping cost for the majority of our costumes !
2. The mascot costume can be shipped out in 5-9 business days depending the level of customization (add 1 or 2 days more if you want change color, size, sew on something etc..)
3. We ship the item via international shipping services (USPS, Canadian Post, Chronopost,  etc...) which is the fastest and safest way. We include  Australia, Canada, USA,England,France,Germany,Spain,Italy,Japan, Korea......country and our ambition is to open a SpotSound Website in each of them to be faster and closer.
4 .Tracking number will be provide after shipped.
5. If you want to wholesale we can combine shipping. We have opened a wholesale distributor service for partners.
